Library Insurance In Pennsylvania

Close Up Photo Of A Book — Exton, PA — Longley Insurance Agency
"Our library made the decision to switch to Longley Insurance after hearing about several disasters at other PA libraries. We wanted an insurance professional who specialized in libraries and could help and guide us in selecting the coverage that was right for our library. Bob Longley travels to our site any time we need to discuss policy changes and the entire staff exceeds our customer service expectations. The annual dividend is Icing on the Cake!"

"When the weight of ice and snow caused an exposed beam to split in our ceiling, Utica and Longley Insurance went to work for us. They immediately called in a specialist to stabilize the beam, clear the snow from our roof and complete an engineering study. Not only did this challenging claim go smoothly, but our agent at Longley had written our coverage so that the building upgrades our municipality required were covered, too.“

"An early summer hailstorm with hail the size of baseballs shattered the slate tiles on our roof. The initial estimate to replace our slate tiles was $100,000. However, our insurance company, Utica Mutual, subsequently discovered that the hailstorm had destroyed the decking foundation of the roof, too. This increased our claim amount to 3 times its initial estimate. As the claim grew in size, Utica Mutual remained committed to treating our library fairly. We couldn’t be happier with Utica and Longley Insurance Agency."
